Exchanges and returns?
General facts
You can return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
You can verify if the product you received is exactly the same product you ordered online. You can do this by matching the SKU number on the product tag with the invoice you received via email.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, and women's intimate apparel including swimwear and its components cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are damaged due to an inaccurate attempt are considered defective.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, please ensure that they are packaged properly and not exposed to damage on the way.
Since in rare cases, some manufacturing defects may be discovered, each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to our customers, and in the case of receiving it as a return as well, to ensure an appropriate level of service for our customers.
The original invoice must be included with the returned item/products.
As we are flexible in accepting returns, we accept items that are returned without their original packaging, provided that all price tags and details on the product are attached and intact, and that the product/products are well packaged and protected and accompanied by any accessories and/or package items that come with the product, and the product must be in completely new condition, and if you have used the product, you lose the right to return.
Products that are eligible for exchange must be in completely new condition, and the price value of the new products requested must be the same as or higher than the price of the old product to be exchanged.
Refunds may take 10 to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product/products.
Any inquiries or complaints regarding the received shipment must be submitted within a maximum of two days from the date of delivery.
Refund Amount
According to our policy, we only refund the amount of purchased items, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Luxury packaging fees are non-refundable.
Exchange
We currently cannot offer exchanges. Instead, all items must follow the return process, and a new order must be placed for the replacement items.
International Returns
The refund process may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned product. A fee of $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount as a shipping fee.
Steps to return a purchased product:
1- To start the return process, please go to the return form and fill it out via WhatsApp. Once we receive your form, we will contact you either by email to confirm your return request and guide you through the next steps.
2- Pack the return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the complete original invoice.
3- When your package is ready, contact your shipping company or us and send us a picture of your delivery notice to the shipping company. The shipping costs for the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid by the customer.
4- Returns for "in-store pickup" orders must be done exclusively in-store; you will not be able to create a return request.
